Looking Forward To... (36)

There are so many amazing books already on the shelves and new ones coming out.

For a list of books yet to be released I'm looking to get, you can also look on my right Sidebar at the ever growing list titled Desired Reads - just scroll down. Of course there are tones of other new books to come out that are amazing as well, but these ones are part of series I have already started or for one reason or another caught my eye (and haven't seen much on other blogs yet). But I will highlight one here each week.

(mentioned in order of Release Date then Alphabetical if there are more than one book coming out on the same date.)

Next Book Is...

The Green-Eyed Demon
By:  Jaye Wells
Due Out:  March 1, 2011

I've read the first book in this series of Sabina and enjoyed the half vampire, half mage sassy flaming red head.  She is strong and determined.  Not easily swayed.  But I am anxious to see what happens with here and that man. Ooo, that other girl too. ;D Not sure what I'm talking about?  Well, check out the first book.

And just a little FYI Robyn of The Bookoholic Zone and I will be reading The Mage in Black for our February Book Chat.  Hope you join us. :) Keep an eye out for the schedule to soon follow.

Goodreads Synopsis:
1. Rescue sister.
2. Murder grandmother.
3. Don't upset the voodoo priestess.

The clock is ticking for Sabina Kane. Her sister has been kidnapped by her grandmother, the Dark Races are on the brink of war, and a mysterious order is manipulating everyone behind the scenes.

Working on information provided by an unlikely ally, Sabina and her trusty sidekicks--a sexy mage named Adam Lazarus and Giguhl, a Mischief demon--head to New Orleans to begin the hunt for her sister. Once there, they must contend with belligerent werewolves, magic-wielding vampires and--perhaps most frightening of all--humans.

But as much as Sabina is focused on surviving the present, the past won't be ignored. Before she can save those she cares about most, she must save herself from the ghosts of her past.
