Throwback Thursday (48)

Let's talk about those books already on the shelves, yours or the stores.

I have a post for books I'm looking forward to coming out;

Looking Forward To...
But what about all those wonderful books that are ALREADY on the shelves.

Whether it be on your shelf waiting to be read or on the shelves in the stores waiting for you to give it a good home.

So, I thought I would share a book a week that is just waiting for me to travel through it's world.

Now... where do I start? Lets go by Published Date on the books...

This Week:

I feel ashamed.  I have this and the two books prior to it, sitting here staring at me, waiting for me to pick them up.  And I do want to pick them up, but the days laugh at me and fly by, taunting me.

Goodreads Synopsis:
CHAOS CONTROLS HIS FUTURE. ONE MORTAL WOMAN COULD BE HIS SALVATION. THE COUNTDOWN TO ANNIHILATION WILL BEGIN WITH DANTE'S CHOICE....
THE FATE OF THREE WORLDS...
The dark pieces of vampire rock star Dante Baptiste's past are violently emerging, and it is only a matter of time before the Fallen discover he is the creawdwr they have sought for thousands of years. The destruction he left behind in Oregon threatens to reveal his identity as Fallen Maker and True Blood, exposing the young nightkind to shadowy predators — mortal and supernatural — who will do whatever it takes to win his favor...or destroy him.
RESTS IN DANTE'S HANDS.
When beautiful FBI special agent Heather Wallace went AWOL on assignment, she chose irresistible Dante over the shady government forces that now stalk them both. Heather has her own secrets of the past to uncover, but she is also the only one who can hold her nightkind lover together when his dangerous quest for the truth threatens to send him over the edge. And as she and Dante fi ght for their survival, she realizes they must work together to protect their future — before his mysterious destiny tears them apart....

  1. OMG, I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there with a backlogged TBR pile. I have three (count them...3!) rubbermaid plastic totes full of TBR titles. I have them arranged by author (series are kept together) and I'm so ashamed to say that I still bring books home with me from the library where I work!

    Woe is me :-(

But that's the glory of New Year's resolutions. I'm gonna clear that backlog by the year's end.

  3. Dawn Davis - Oh my no, your not alone. By a long shot. :) Oh wow. And to work in a library too! Oh my! That is just dangerous for the tbr piles. ;D Thank you for stopping by. Happy New Year's to you! And best of luck with the resolution to clean the pile up some. :)

Mel - I have three of the books here and am really curious about them. I thought maybe you had read them already. Glad to know I'm not the only one that hasn't read them. :) Thank you!

Melissa (Books&things) - lol. So glad I'm not the only one behind on reading this series. ;) Thank you!
