Book News...from Philippa Ballantine

Philippa Ballantine has shared on Facebook that she's not ready to leave the world of A Book of the Order just yet.  Yes, Harbinger is the last book in the printed series of novels (due out July 30, 2013).
BUT!
Pip has mentioned she'll do a few short story novellas in eformat for us in this world.  Yea!!  I'm a fan, so I am.  Love the magic and the characters here.

And so quickly with the mention on Friday, the first short story is available TODAY!!

In The Beginning
The Chronicles of The Order #1
By:  Philippa Ballantine
OUT NOW!
Description:
This short story is set in the world of the Deacons of the Order, before the time of the novels, Geist, Spectyr, Wrayth and Harbinger.

It tells the story of the first day of the Break, when the undead come in the world of Arkaym, and the horror they bring with them.  One small village is caught in the chaos of that day.  Some will live, and some will find new purpose.

It is now available.  TODAY it starts!

This sounds like a great way to see where it all started.  I've got my copy already.  Do you have yours?

It's 99c in all formats available where you need it:

  1. Yay! I haven't read this series yet, Melissa, but I've read her steampunk work and really loved it. This is also a pretty good cover for a short.
