Throwback Thursday (73)

Trinity-college-library-dub-3 with blog title
I found this picture of Trinity College Library, and thought it would work for this meme with a little play with lighting and adding the words.

Let's talk about those books already on the shelves, yours or the stores.

I have a post for books I'm looking forward to coming out;
Unk
Looking Forward To...
But what about all those wonderful books that are ALREADY on the shelves.

Whether it be on your shelf waiting to be read or on the shelves in the stores waiting for you to give it a good home.

So, I thought I would share a book a week that is just waiting for me to travel through it's world.

Now... where do I start? Lets go by Published Date on the books...

This Week:

This one I got I think for free on a day that it was a special.  I've heard good things about this one, and like the sounds of this YA read.  I'm very curious and excited to get into it.

Goodreads Synopsis:
To be normal, sixteen-year-old Julia Parker would shed her empathic gift in a second. Life has been difficult since her mother's mysterious disappearance ten years earlier - an event she witnessed, but can't remember. Julia's situation becomes more complicated after a near death experience from a blood thirsty stalker. As high school students go missing it is clear there is a connection to her own experience--past and present. Someone has to stop the madness and a chance encounter with a creepy psychic foretells that only Julia is the key to stopping the madness, but it may require the life of the one she loves.

  1. I think I have a copy of that one, too. Haven't read it yet, though, but it seemed interesting when I downloaded it. :)

  5. Melissa it is waiting on my Kindle "somewhere" too! I think it is on my "cloud reader" and in the archives of my actual reader as have too many on it now and it keeps freezing up on me when I am reading books.

    too many "enticing" free reads to pass up every day! :-0

    1. Hi Lauren! Nice to meet you. :) And glad you like the sounds of this book and feature idea. I started it with the poor books on my shelves that I've neglected because I buy faster than I read. lol. Thank you and look forward to chatting with you in the future.

  7. I've seen polarised reviews of this book so I'm a bit ambivalent about getting it...
