There are so many amazing books already on the shelves and new ones coming out.
For a list of books yet to be released I'm looking to get, you can also look on my right Sidebar at the ever growing list titled Desired Reads - just scroll down. Of course there are tones of other new books to come out that are amazing as well, but these ones are part of series I have already started or for one reason or another caught my eye (and haven't seen much on other blogs yet). But I will highlight one here each week.
(mentioned in order of Release Date then Alphabetical if there are more than one book coming out on the same date.)
Next Book Is...
By: Ari Marmell
Due Out: February 14, 2012
This is the first book in A Widdershins Adventures, and I think I might have to have it. This year I plan on getting back to reading my big love, fantasy, and this one fits the bill. I love my thieves, and with the mention of a god too... well, I like the sounds. :) And I'm not sure, but I saw someone note it as YA. I didn't see that in the Pyr Newsletter, but I could have missed that piece of information.
Once she had climbed to the ranks of the city 's aristocracy in a rags-to-riches story straight from an ancient fairy tale. Today she is Widdershins, a thief making her way with a sharp blade, a sharper wit, and the mystical aid of Olgun, a foreign god. Widdershins and Olgun are going to find answers, and justice, for what happened to her-but only if those who almost destroyed her in those years gone by don't finish the job first.
