This was a fun novella to read. It goes perfect in the A Witch in Wolf Woods series. It's a short of Amar trying to get Zorro to quit molting and leaving leftovers in his barn and on his work. Amar had made Zorro a perfect nesting box, but Zorro won't use it.
They need a little bit of bonding time. All from Amar's POV.
I love their bonding moment. It explains what happens to... that animal.
