Sunday Post #56

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share new about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Wow. Another week gone to the dust. How does that happen so fast? It feels I don't get anything done.

Well, I was to have a nice night Friday, alone. My husband and kiddo left for a football camp for Saturday. But.... yes, always a but. They ran into troubles on the way there. I think they called me just about every hour. lol. Then they broke down. In MY car! That was the reason they took my car, to NOT break down. My Jeep is a 2012 and on paper and in our minds they should have been golden. Hahaha! We really should know better by now. That's our luck. So my quiet evening of getting things done didn't really happen. Then on Saturday I cut the grass and when they were two hours from home, they broke down again. This time they couldn't get the car started. I took off to take them gas and see if we could get the car going. Not that they needed gas, but there seemed to be a connect there. So, needless to say, nothing got done as I had hoped. And now I have to get my car to the local Jeep garage to get it looked at. *sigh*

Today is always full of running to visit my dad and the grocery store, so again I'll be short on my book time.
